GB Ricambi, now hiring to climb Europe and Russia
After finishing in the first half of 2017 an important debt restructuring operation with lending institutions and leasing companies,
the Gb Ricambi Group wants to relaunch and assume.
With a turnover of over 70 million euros, 5 branch offices in the US and 8,000 customers across the five continents, Nonantola is a leader in the aftermarket market of agricultural and construction machinery and now wants to acquire new market shares in Europe and Russia, expanding the stock product range and the transformation of the company into multibrand retailers. “The Gb Group has managed to improve its financial situation and develop while the recycling market has been hit by one of the biggest post-war crises,” commented Fabrizio Saporita, Ad of Gb – in Italy many competing companies have reduced or had to transfer important corporate units to foreign financial groups in order to continue to make the necessary investments. In this case, this is an Italian best practice that has allowed us to relaunch our business by maintaining well-connected ties with our country of origin”. Now the company expands its staff and seeks specialists in the industry (it already has 300 employees and 40 million goods in stock ready for delivery). Up to 5 years ago, Gb was dealing with just a few brands including Fiat and Caterpillar, now multi-brand, with over 100,000 items in the range only in the last two years. Logistics aims to “serve customers in the fastest times anywhere in the world,” says Saporita, “for this we are looking to expand our staff by looking for specific figures to develop new product ranges.” Gb would like to expand the trading force and the purchasing department through the inclusion of specialists in the sealing industry.
The open positions in Gb Ricambi Group include: a foreign trade in the Ravenna area; an assistant to back office Italy; a foreign trade in the Modena area; a specialist of the undercarriage; a specialist in gaskets; a telephone support worker for spare parts in the agricultural sector; a Volvo spare parts specialist; a specialist in Landini spare parts; a buyer for the Caterpillar; a buyer for Caterpillar that will work from China.
